The Stroke Prevention Program is hosting a tour of the Northern Store at 6:00 p.m.

As part of the Stroke Prevention Program, participants will be given a crash course on healthy eating, how to read nutrition labels, and healthier shopping choices.

12 kilometer marathon/walkathon from the sandpit to the band office.

Saturday, October 17th starting at 12 noon at the sandpit.

Registration is free.

Cash prizes and trophies for the top finishers in each division of the marathon.  Participants of the walkathon will be eligible to win prizes in a draw.
