The nomination meetings for the upcoming Board Elections will take place on Thursday, May 28, 2009 from 6 - 8 p.m.  Nominations will take place in each of the five areas:

River - High School gym
Centre - Elementary School gym
Airport/Big Rock - Band Office Council Room
Old Sawmill/Ghost Point - Corporation Board Room
R.C. - R.C. Church

The policy manual for the Board Elections states that nominees must be present during nomination meeting.  Nominees must have a nominator and seconder.

Copies of the policy are available from any member of the Working Group for the Board Elections - David B. Fiddler, Willow Fiddler, Lorraine Kakegamic, Lisa Meekis, and Penina Rae.
